Dishwasher Recall - United States and Canada
On October 19, 2017 BSH Home Appliances Corporation, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Health Canada, voluntarily agreed to expand its 2015 safety recall to replace the power cords on certain models of Bosch® brand dishwashers. The Bosch brand dishwashers affected by this safety recall expansion were manufactured from September 2012 through January 2015 and sold through appliance and specialty retailers in the United States and Canada.
The previous dishwasher power cord recall, dated October 1, 2015, included Bosch brand dishwashers manufactured from January 2008 through December 2013 and sold through appliance and specialty retailers in the U.S. and Canada.
***Recall Update: Recall Expansion - This recall expansion involves power cords supplied with certain Bosch®, Thermador®, Gaggenau®, Kenmore®, and Jenn-Air® brand dishwashers that were manufactured from September 2012 through January 2015. The original recall published in 2015 involved dishwashers manufactured from January 2008 through December 2013.
Model and serial numbers are printed inside the dishwasher either on the top of the dishwasher inner door panel or on the right side of the dishwasher panel.

Where to locate your appliance model and serial number:
You will be given an Authorization Number which we will use to verify your recall repair eligibility.
